Basil has undertaken the 91 Athens Riviera Private Members Club project from its inception in 2019, initiated by the Papatheoharis Group of Companies. Basil played a pivotal role in conducting the Feasibility Study and managing the Design Review and Design Management processes. Subsequently, was awarded with the Project Management and Construction Monitoring services for the development of this prestigious 5-star luxury “Glamping” resort, located in the southern suburbs of Athens finally realized by Grivalia Hospitality.

The project encompasses an exclusive, high-end tourist facility, offering a range of premium amenities including restaurants, retail outlets, a members’ clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming pools, a spa, gym, back-of-house (BoH) facilities, extended landscaping and ample parking.
