Basil was entrusted with Project Management Services for the complete remodeling and renovation of an existing eight-story residential building located in Kolonaki-Dexameni area in the heart of Athens.

The goal of the project’s architect late Nikos Ktenas was to transform this 1967 constructed aging structure into a modern, state-of-the-art residential building, integrating contemporary aesthetics and advanced functionality while preserving its urban charm. for enhanced user experience.

Severe structural interventions: complete building’s foundation reconstruction creating 2 additional subterranean garage levels to accommodate four parking spaces equipped with an electric car elevator for efficient vehicular access in a dense urban area, replacement of the existing staircase core with a new, repositioned core of updated dimensions, with free metal sculped stair, basement and 1rst floor levels alteration.

Shading System: A distinctive facade design incorporating a sophisticated shading system made of a metal and wood combination, offering aesthetic appeal and functional shading benefits.
